Climbing training. Day 1 / Week 1. We present to you our proposal for 1 mesocycle of a generic climbing training program to strengthen and improve your grade. If you are still interested, contact us and we will advise you on a personal trainer.
Remember that this is a training adapted for an intermediate level person. A personal trainer will always be required to adapt the training to each person and each body.
WARM-UP:
- With resistance bands: Biceps, triceps, back, shoulders, chest.
- Mobility: fingers, wrists, hips, shoulders, arms and legs with squats.
- Hands: grip discs, on hangboard or door frame.
WARM-UP 2:
Warm-up by bouldering, sport climbing, or on a climbing wall, performing technical movements with good holds to warm up without over-stressing the area.
HANGING:
- 2 sets on 20mm edge 12”, 3 min rest. 4 fingers.
- 2 sets on 20mm edge 12”; 3 min rest. 3 fingers. Unload weight using feet if necessary.
CAMPUS:
3 sets of 1,3,5,7 on a slat at least 23mm. Adapt to needs, use foot support if required. 1 min rest between sets.
CLIMBING:
3 sets of 15 movements on a climbing wall, route, or boulder.
Each set ABS:
2 sets - Front - Side - Leg - Toe touches.
