CONTRIBUTOR: BELA, SINGER-SONGWRITER.
BELA is a singer-songwriter from Bucaramanga, Colombia who started writing songs at the age of 12 while simultaneously learning to play the guitar to accompany them. Inspired by daily situations and human emotions, lyrics have always been her strength when conveying a message through her music.
She grew up listening to protest music, alternative, rock, folk, and pop, which is why her melodies are inspired by these genres. She has a three-song EP with its respective music video directed by herself, a single released during the 2020 pandemic. In 2024, she released her first album, titled "ISABELA" (her full name), which compiles 12 songs and tells a fictional story inspired by her own life. Some songs from this album have their own music video, most of them recorded in Colombia and one of them, "Contigo," here in Madrid.
